Republican Caucus is scheduled for tomorrow morning-

Please show your support for Let Them Spawn.

Camo Coalition has made it easy for you-

The bill needs your help-

Jerry Schill is doing his job with fake news-

The NCFA's deep pockets are hard at work...but it's not too late for our voices to make a difference.

After tomorrow morning, it may be too late.

Rules Committee is scheduled for 11:00AM and 5:00PM today- 483 is not on either calendar.

Rules meets when called.  Tomorrow is another day.

Please keep polite pressure on your legislators to move H483 Let Them Spawn forward along with H486 Coastal Fishing License Reforms.

It is now my understanding that this bill bill needs 6 more votes from the GOP House Caucus as directed by the Speaker of the House.

I am hearing that it "will not be tossed aside".

Which in this case should mean it at least gets to the House floor for a vote.

Anyone hearing any more about the "Fisher's of Men" lawsuit which if successful would end deer and turkey seasons in NC meaning everything gets wiped out once again?

MFC members are not allowed to comment. Even though the recent constitutional amendment regarding right to hunt and fish included language about doing so within rules and regulations some judge has taken it literally and if this were to win, the state could conceivably no longer prohibit harvest of fish or game anywhere in NC.

Certainly unintended consequences by those who pushed it and some vindication for those of us who opposed it while stating there was no reason for it.
I am a native of NC. The "bycatch captial of the east coast of the US". Our legislature lets us kill more fish for no reason than any other Atlantic Coast state. I hope they are proud.
