In Shore Superslam

PUNGO RIVER - Left the house this morning with the intention of catching some nice Trout (didn't plan to keep anything less than 20"). Caught 4 over 20" (1- 23" 4lb. 6oz) and had to keep a 16.5 and a 18.5 that were deep hooked and bleeding bad (didn't think they would make it) caught a few other smaller trout less than 20", while I was working on the trout I managed to pick up a 15" Flounder, 2 Rock (20" & 21.5") and a 24" Drum.
I've caught a few of these fish along the way over the years, but this is the first time I've ever caught keepers of all 4 in the same day.
The fish were caught off the Pungo River, the only place I could find to get out of the wind. All in all it was a good day of fishing, even with the wind blowing. It sure is a great time of year to be a fisherman.
Fishing is fun, but catching is a blast!
