It might be time for the big drum

PAMLCIO SOUND - Went out yesterday with intentions of looking for a tarpon but the west winds were alittle more south west and blowing alittle harder than forcasted in the sound. So my dad and I anchored up close to shore to try for a drum. We rigged up Capt. Owens Drum Rig on light tackle. Finially got the lines wet at 5:00pm. About 10 min. Went by and dad was hooked up and she was taking line. Got her to the boat after about 20 min.of fighting. The circle hook did a nice job, hooked in the side of the mouth and easy release. She measured 48 in. Going to try and post a pic but it hasn't been working for me.
