Launched out of Wrightsville Beach Friday afternoon and headed offshore to meet up with Midnight Wind for an overnight trip. He beat me to the hole by about 2 hours. We picked at the Sea Bass for a while and then headed out to a bit deeper water. Not a lot was happening around the Nashville area. We up to WR2 and the place was dead except for baby B-Liners. Went back to my Sea Bass hole and continued working on filling our limit. Managed to limit out on nice sized (average 16") Sea Bass as well as filling our limit on Large Pinkies. Also put a few decent sized B-Liners in the boat as well as an octopus.
Also managed to catch somebodys old anchor and was able to salvage about 200 of line with it as well. All I needed was troll up and down rigger and I would be back in buisness.
Came in early this morning and am beat. Guess I will take a nap before I get up and clean the fish.
